Welcome to The River Center Fund
Supporting The River Center for Music and Media Production
The River Center for Music and Media Production is a non-profit organization whose mission is: "To foster growth in the Music and Media creative community of Central Louisiana."
Our goal is to raise money to support our mission of opening The River Center for Music and Media Production at 321 Desoto Street in downtown Alexandria, Louisiana. The River Center will be a well equipped resource facility for Independent Musicians, Singers, Songwriters, Producers and Multi-Media artists. The facility will provide two Mac equipped Multi-Media Suites, rehearsal and meeting space, studio and software training, private and group music lessons, educational workshops, career building, coaching and much, much more.
In today's entertainment business, music and multi-media work hand in hand, one compliments the other. The River Center will be a place for artists in both fields, to work together as a community - "Together Everyone Achieves More!" The River Center will help build a sense of connectivity among the artists it serves and will help them grow and improve their quality of life. The River Center will also have an economic impact on our community as our "Indie Artists" grow and learn to turn their artistic endeavors into a business.
To achieve all these goals, and to do even more in the years ahead, we need your generous support. The operating cost for our first year will be approximately $75,000. We can't do this without our great community supporting it and helping us to achieve our goals.
Thanks to the help of The Central Louisiana Community Foundation, we are able to launch The River Center as a non-profit organization, therefore your donation will be tax deductible. Please use the levels below to make a donation by credit card or alternately you can make a donation directly to the CLCF on behalf of The River Center Fund.
We thank you in advance for your donation and support of The River Center for Music and Media Production.
