The Executive Leadership Institute (ELI) program is a professionally-facilitated, peer-to-peer support group. Each group sets their priorities at the beginning of the year, developing expectations and responsibilities as well as outcomes. Groups meet at least 10 times per year and set the times, dates and locations themselves. Each group is facilitated by a nonprofit professional who can keep the group on track and provide advice and support when necessary.

The cost to participate in this group is $100 (for member nonprofit professionals) and $150 (for non-member nonprofit professionals)

**Please Note: Beginning in 2019, if you join or are continuing membership in the new year between January and June, you are to pay the full price for the whole year. If you are just joining us between July and December of the year you are to pay half price for the second half of the year. We will double check the roster to confirm when on-boarding happened with each participant to verify. If we verify that you have selected the wrong payment, you will be notified via email to come back to the payment page. Please be sure you choose the right option for payment!
