Mah Jongg Mondays are back!!

Experienced Mah Jongg instructor Sharon Steinberg will be our teacher for Mah Jongg Mondays.

Sharon will teach an introduction to the game of Mah Jongg, a tile game, played with four players. She will give a series of four lessons. Players will learn how to set up the tiles they are dealt, and how to figure out what type of hand they are most likely to win.

By the end of the second session, players will be able to play the game with teacher supervision.

Players will also learn beginner game strategies. By the end of the four lessons, players will be able to play independently.

Class dates:
October 20, and 27,
November 3, and November 10, 2025.

Time: 10 a.m. to 12 p.m.

Class size: 8 players based on two tables of four.

Registration: Advance registration is required.

Open to all Temple Emanu-El members and their spouses, partners, or 

Mah-Jongg-playing friends.

Non-members may attend if sponsored by a Temple Emanu-El member
