Full Course Description:
Homebrewing kombucha is not only super healthy but also encourages fellowship among like-minded, planet-friendly, individuals. Its multiplying quality makes it impossible not to share or at the very least give back to the earth. For those already drinking this probiotic-rich beverage, home brewing it is an awesome way to make the kombucha habit more sustainable. This class is a good supplement to the Fermentation class offered in the morning.
My search for a healthier lifestyle for myself and my family has led me through several years of exploring new foods and ideas. My goal is to remain close to the source in body, mind, and spirit. My passion is sharing what I've learned!
