Order Type: We are currently accepting orders for in-store pickup only. The only exception to this will be in the case that we do not have your item in stock. In this instance we will ship your item(s) to you, and provide a tracking number for the shipment. You must provide the shipping address if it is different than your billing address.

Payment Process and Type: The only form of payment we are accepting will be credit card. The following credit cards are accepted: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

Pickup Process: Once you place your order, you will then be able to pick up your merchandise at the front desk within Barbour Library on our campus, 616 N. Highland Avenue, Pittsburgh, PA 15206.

Hours of Pickup for Merchandise:
Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM. Please remember, if the front desk staff are busy helping a library patron, we may not be able to facilitate a purchase pickup asap, and you may have a short wait. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Returns and Exchanges: At this time, we will not be accepting returns. In the case that you need to exchange a tee-shirt or sweatshirt for a different size, we can facilitate the exchange (in-person). But items must be new (unwashed, no stains, and have tags attached).
