The annual showcase of local crafters, artisans, and vendors sponsored by the Father
Judge Parents’ Association is scheduled for Sunday, October 25, 2026, from 9 am to 2 pm.

We will have food and beverage concessions. The event will include tombola basket raffles, a lottery ticket board raffle, and a 50/50 raffle. We remain grateful for a small gift from your offerings to support the tombola raffle. We will collect the gift the morning of the event.

Applications will be accepted through October 6th only OR until capacity is reached,
whichever occurs first. Electricity is not available or offered, please kindly do not inquire. We are
grateful for your understanding.

Table/space rental $ 80. Table/space availability and assignments are on a ‘first application
received basis. We will only approve and accept one (1) non-craft participant for a vendor product, examples include, but are not limited to, Avon, Tupperware, Tastefully Simple, Paparazzi, etc. Prior year(s) table/space assignments are prioritized NOT GUARANTEED.

Table/space assignments are processed upon review and approval of the application along with
full payment received. The maximum number of table/space rentals available is two (2) per
application.

Participants are not permitted to offer items that are offensive or discriminatory in any way.
NO foul language, disparaging information, pictures, images, or memes included with or
displayed on any offering, NO fireworks or other similar items, NO tobacco or alcohol, or items
containing tobacco or alcohol. The event organizer maintains the absolute right not to accept any
application.

No tables, clothing racks, or other displays of any kind may be brought into the event. All
displays for offerings must fit on/within the table/space assigned.

There are NO REFUNDS. There are no exceptions, refund requests will not be considered,
please kindly do not inquire. Your application payment will be processed as a donation to the
school. We remain grateful for your understanding.
