Learning to "grieve gracefully" is a life-changing concept for church leaders experiencing personal grief or shepherding others through the grieving process. During this one-day conference from United's Pohly Leadership Center, guest speaker Kristi Smith will present DREAM, a collection of practices for processing the pain of grief. DREAM is for anyone facing the suffering and longing of grief - whether from death, divorce, job loss, deteriorating health or unfulfilled desires. Developed out of Kristi's personal experience of loss, DREAM focuses on 5 keys that empower individuals to embrace the 5 stages of grief and move from hurting to healing.
