Dear JCA Family,
Through all the craziness of this year, I am happy to say our boys’ volleyball season will go ahead as planned with our season starting on April 5th, 2021. Each year the JCA Boys’ Volleyball Program successfully competes against some of the toughest volleyball teams Illinois has to offer. We live in an area where many players play club volleyball which makes the high school season even more competitive, especially in the East Suburban Catholic Conference. Many of our very own volleyball players here play club which makes us just as competitive. Our goal is not only to enhance these young men through volleyball by teaching them good sportsmanship, leadership skills, integrity, character, responsibility, teamwork and work ethic, we also use volleyball to help them become better people. This year is more important than previous years to create an environment rich in positivity for these boys to rebound after the pandemic we have seen and what better way to do that than play the sport they love in volleyball.
Unfortunately, our sports budgets are not sufficient to cover the full amount of our team’s expenses. The JCA boys’ volleyball team is seeking donations toward the purchase of equipment such as jerseys, new volleyballs, apparel, training equipment, software for game video and other miscellaneous items. Once again, we are turning to our community and families to ask for your support. If you could help us with a gift of any amount, it would greatly be appreciated. All contributions are tax-deductible and will go directly to our program.
On behalf of the Joliet Catholic Academy Boys’ Volleyball players, coaches and parents, we extend our heartfelt appreciation for any contribution you and/or your company may provide.
