We sincerely thank you for supporting the Artists for Equity Scholarship at Penland School of Craft.

This scholarship was established in response to numerous artists reaching out to Penland with one goal in mind... increase opportunities for artists of color who would otherwise not have access to Penland due to funding.

For every $3,500 raised, one scholarship will be created for a person of color to take a two-week summer workshop at Penland.  This scholarship includes tuition, room and board.
