On the Anniversary of Roe V Wade, we can't look backward and be overwhelmed by cascading attacks on abortion and body sovereignty. Instead, we are even more motivated and standing strong. Together we can build the needed systems of care and capacity for frontline abortion providers - especially for our BIPOC and gender expansive abortion seeking relatives.
1. Trans Access Abortion Fund: Supports reproductive choice and abortion care access for trans community members.
2. Boundaryless Abortion Fund: Covers the costs for long distance travel for relatives residing in states where abortion is banned.
3. Safe Abortion Security Fund - Provides digital security and deescalation training to abortion providers, abortion doulas, and abortion seekers in areas where abortion is banned or where personal safety is at risk.
4. We Love Our Indy Clinics Fund- Resources abortion providers who on the frontlines and who offer culturally grounded abortion care.
We are also scaling our in person and online
ABORTION DOULA TRAINING PROGRAM as attacks on abortion seeking people are becoming more violent and stigmatization more intense. Our community skill building program works to eliminate barriers to education and resources needed for people to support themselves and their community members with culturally grounded care as compassionate and informed abortion companions. Your support fuels the trainings, funds seed grants to grassroots abortion doula collectives, and hosts accessible, safe, healing and community-building events to counter attacks on body sovereignty and reproductive choice. We must find ways to heal and sustain our spirits for this long haul movement, especially as we head into an election cycle.
