2023/2024 TUITION and FEE PAYMENT AGREEMENT

As we prepare for the 2024/2025 school year, we want to take this opportunity to welcome you and your student(s) to Joliet Catholic Academy. Before we initiate the billing process, we ask you to choose the payment plan that best suits your budget. For those families selecting the monthly payment plan, the initial billing statement for the 2024/2025 school year will be available the first week of July, 2024. Billing statements for families selecting annual, semi-annual, or quarterly plans will be available the week of June 1, 2024. 


Please note, the dollar amounts listed below for payment plans are for full tuition. Students receiving scholarships will see the prorated scholarship amount deducted off their bill during each payment period.

PAYMENT OPTIONS - Payment Options will be selected upon families receiving an invite to FACTS billing from the JCA Business Office. Please do not create a FACTS billing account until contacted by the JCA Business Office with the correct link.

Two Installments:
($6,972.50 each) due by June and November 2023. Total due $13,945.00.

Four Installments:
($3,505.00 each) due by June, August, November 2023 and January 2024. Total due $14,020.00.

Monthly Installments:
($1,409.50 each) due each month for ten months starting July 2023 through April 2024. Direct debit program required. No monthly adjustments allowed. Total due $14,095.00.

A receipt will be e-mailed to this address.
The undersigned Parent(s)/Guardian(s) acknowledges full financial responsibility for the named student and agrees to pay tuition and fees in full under the payment plan selected herein. I/We understand that selection of said plan is final and may not be changed.
Student Information
Please fill in the secondary address only if the student does not live with both parents.
Please include grade school health records and cumulative file. I understand and agree that no individual or agency outside of the school system will be permitted to inspect or receive my records without written permission. As the parent or legal guardian of the above named child, my permission is given to release school records including confidential information concerning my child. I understand that my permission covers the release of PERMANENT and TEMPORARY RECORDS as well as the release of confidential reports such as Special Education reports.
FRESHMAN ELECTIVE COURSE SELECTION
Your child will be scheduled for seven (7) credits his/her freshman year. Your son/daughter will be placed in the following academic classes later in the spring after we have conferred with his/her current eighth grade teacher(s).
  1. English
  2. Math
  3. Science
  4. Social Studies
Note: If your child is placed in the College Prep English I course, he/she will automatically be enrolled in Reading I and thus will not be eligible to enroll in a world language course during their freshman school year.

All freshmen are required to take Theology and Computer Applications.

PHYSICAL EDUCATION
All freshmen are required to take physical education. A student may be excused from physical education during his/her freshman year if he/she submits a doctor’s excuse.

Freshmen with prior experience playing in a school band or orchestra are eligible to enroll in band. Place a check mark in the box if you wish to enroll your child in band. Please note: Freshman and sophomore band members will meet every school day during period D2/4B. Junior and senior band members will meet every school day during period E2/5B. All band members will meet for a full period during the school day. Freshmen and sophomore band members may have to postpone taking the required physical education, health, and/or computer courses until junior and/or senior year.
Proficiency Exams

Yes, my son/daughter will participate in the Advanced Math Placement Exam on Thursday, March 16, 2023 at 3:30 p.m. Calculators are not allowed for the exam.
