We sincerely thank you for supporting the Louise Moore Todd Work-Study Scholarship at Penland School of Craft. 

Established by the family and friends of Louise Moore Todd (1930 – 2020) in memory of her life-long curiosity about life, art, religion and the world we share. This fund provides a two-week summer workshop with a work-requirement. Preference is given to a female student studying drawing/painting, print/letterpress, books/paper or textiles.    

We welcome your one-time or recurring gift. Scholarship gifts encourage a diverse and vibrant student community at Penland and support an infusion of energy and imagination into our classes and campus every summer. This support is critical to those students who could not otherwise afford to attend Penland.
