Friends of Bezalel believe that art and education are essential to democracy. We support Bezalel Academy of Arts and Design Jerusalem—Israel’s largest, oldest, and most prestigious institution for art, design, and architecture. Guided by humanistic values and shaped by a diverse student body, Bezalel continues to influence civil society and enrich humanity.

Founded in 1906, Bezalel has grown over nearly 120 years into a cornerstone of Israeli culture. On its landmark Jerusalem campus, the Academy educates 2,500 students across 10 undergraduate departments and 5 master’s programs, preparing the next generation of artists, designers, and architects.
