CIT (Counselor in Training - Youth Leadership Program) -

Our CIT Youth Leadership program promotes youth leadership skills for children entering 7th through 11th grades. Counselors in training assists in camp rooms and activities and learn useful self-help skills, organizational methods, and how to effectively communicate with campers and counselors of all ages. FULL DAYS ONLY (9am-3pm). Please fill out the application below (one for each child). You will receive an email receipt once the application is submitted. Families will receive a separate confirmation email from the Camp office if we are able to accommodate.

Once you have submitted this application please submit the CIT Questionnaire Form.

This agreement is entered into between the undersigned parent/guardian and Laurel Day Camp. I have read the Schedule of Fees document for 2024 and I understand that my child's tuition and fees are due upon receipt of application. I agree to notify the Camp Director in writing should I need to alter my child's schedule and must have the approval of the Camp Director before any schedule alterations occur. I understand Laurel Day Camp reserves the right at all times to withhold services and may refuse to provide or continue service at its sole discretion, and if payments are not made. *I understand and agree that any additions to a camper's schedule after July 1st must be paid in full at the time of change. *I understand and agree that a Daily Rate will apply to all added days to the core program after camp has started and there will be a $25 Change of Schedule Fee if any changes are made after the start of camp. *I understand that Laurel Day Camp accepts Mastercard, Visa and Discover and all credit card payments may be made on our website and there will be a 5% Credit Card Convenience Fee for all credit card transitions. *I understand and agree that here are No Refunds or Credits for prepayments or deposits *I understand and agree that there are No Refunds or Credits for cancellations, absences, unused days/weeks or withdrawals *I understand and agree that there are No Refunds or Credits for any COVID-19 or other illness related closures or quarantines *I agree to adhere to all Laurel Day Camp Health and Safety Policies set forth.

If you have signed up for Private Swimming Lessons: You are agreeing to $45/per half hour per camper. Private Swim Lessons are offered before and after our core camp day ONLY. Not during the Camp Day 9am-3pm. Times are scheduled based on availability and are on a first come first serve basis. I understand that there are no refunds of any kind for private swim lessons and there are No make-up lessons if late, out sick, raining/inclement weather or if our pool is to close for any unforeseen reason. Our Aquatics Director will contact you with availability later in the Spring.
