The Eightfold Path

A Six-week Class Series with Alexa Redner

Six Thursdays, Beginning April 16
6:30 pm – 9:00 pm

► HELD IN PERSON and ONLINE via ZOOM ◀︎

The Buddha’s Noble Eightfold Path offers a clear, practical guide for meeting life with wisdom, compassion, and steadiness. In this six-week series, we’ll explore the Eightfold Path as a living practice—not as a set of ideals, but as a supportive framework for understanding suffering and cultivating freedom in daily life.

Each week will include meditation, teaching, and discussion, with an emphasis on applying the Path in real-world relationships, work, and inner life. All are welcome, whether you are new to Buddhist practice or looking to deepen your understanding.
