We are looking forward to our upcoming 3 v 3 Basketball tournament on Sunday, February 25th, 2024 at Robert M. Beren Academy as part of the Yom Chessed programming. The tournament will begin at 1:00 pm, and last 2-3 hours. Games will be first to 11 points, with baskets worth either 1 or 2 points, win by 2, dead at 15. Please fill out the below form if you would like to participate, and make sure each member of your team fills it out as well.
All proceeds are to benefit Avukat Or, an organization in Israel that gives opportunities for social contact, therapies and activities for blind, young adults with multiple disabilities. Like all adults, these pupils, who are all blind in addition to suffering from other disabilities, need purpose and a sense of achievement in their daily lives.
The entry fee is $10 for each team member.
