Where:
9am meet at LPC Youth Center each morning.
2pm pick up in the back parking lot of LPC off of 3rd Street.

Who:
Incoming (2026-2027 school year) 4th, 5th and 6th grade students.

When:
Monday August 10th - Thursday August 13th, 9:00 AM* - 2:00 PM.
*Note: On the first day be sure to be there 15 minutes early for check in.

Cost:
$220.00 (leaders, vans, snacks, crafts, T-shirt, permits).

Students bring their own bag lunch each day.

Parent/Guardian Information
I understand, that due to expenses for Club H2O that must be made in advance, there will be no refunds provided after August 1.
With the understanding that adult supervision is provided, I, the parent or guardian, do hereby release the staff and officers from liability of accident, illness or injury during his/her attendance of Club H2O - Aug 10th - Aug 13th, 2026. I authorize any transportation or treatment deemed necessary by an accredited hospital and/or physician for my child in case of emergency.

Club H2O 2026 PERMISSION TO PHOTOGRAPH/VIDEO
I give my permission for Laguna Presbyterian Church to take photo/media images of my child for publication in church-created media.

I give my permission for Laguna Presbyterian Church to submit photo/media & my child’s information to the local newspapers for potential press releases, articles and television, knowing that my child’s name may be printed in the publication or said on television.

I have read and understood Laguna Presbyterian Church’s policy above.
