Please join Saliha and Adriana as they discuss how sources of tension provoke relational shifts in the workplace. Sometimes tension at work quickly becomes defined as conflict and we shift into conflict resolution mode. Adriana and Saliha will provide an interactive experience online that will flow into discussions where we will be mapping sources of tension in work contexts with an emphasis on how we frame Collaborative-Dialogical Practices to address tensions in a respectful and relationally responsible way.
- Learn how to apply relational practices to organizational conflict.
- Gain skills of applying curiosity in the midst of conflict.
- Will map sources of tension.
- Will unpack their own relationship to conflict and tension.
- Understand the concept of relational responsibility in personal conflict.
- Will explore Organizational conflict from a process orientation.
