Your contributions will help Houstonians who have been affected by the economic impact of COVID-19 with basic needs including food, financial assistance and job-seeking services.  With your support, CCSC is ready to fulfill its mission to serve the poor, hungry, disabled, and otherwise needy while respecting their religious, ethnic or cultural differences.

The Greatest Need
We welcome your support in any amount and will designate it for CCSC’s greatest need as we navigate the economic impact of COVID-19 and help those in our community most in need.

$85.00

Your gift provides nutritious basics like rice, beans, canned goods, and fresh produce from the CCSC garden as available. With your help, a family in need will have a week’s worth of healthy food. During a disaster, modified food packages may be distributed, so your $85 would help more families for a shorter time period.

$300.00

Your gift helps individuals or families in crisis avoid unhealthy living conditions, eviction, and homelessness by providing financial assistance toward their rent or utilities. While eviction filings and utility service disconnection orders are currently halted, when the restrictions are removed, the need will increase exponentially.

This summer, families will begin planning for back-to-school shopping and a return from the virtual classroom to the physical classroom. For families living paycheck-to-paycheck, buying school supplies can be one strain too many on an already limited budget. With your support, CCSC can leverage its purchasing power to provide grade-appropriate school supplies and uniform vouchers for PreK-12th Grade students.

Long-Term Assistance
Help fund the new CCSC building – slated for completion in Fall 2020. With critically needed and expanded operational space, CCSC can fulfill its mission and serve more and serve better for many years to come.
Help ensure the long-term financial security of CCSC by growing the CCSC Endowment, thus safeguarding the viability of CCSC each year and well into the future.
