Registration for Trinity’s 2025 Summer Elective Program is now open!
The Summer Program is designed to offer students the opportunity to take courses over the summer to free up room in their schedule during the school year.
The dates are as followed:
- Week of June 9th - June 12th - Monday through Thursday.
- Week of June 16th - and 20th- No school on Thursday due to Juneteenth.
- Week of June 24th - June 27th - Monday through Thursday
The tuition for Health and Public Speaking is $800. The tuition for the Physics elective is $1,100.
A $50 deposit per course is required and must be paid by March 14th. The remaining balance will be due the first day of class, June 9th.
Health (Open to all grade levels): In this required course, students will study wellness, nutrition, stress management, mental and emotional health, human sexuality, and the effects of alcohol and drug use. This course explores the concepts and roles of these various contributors to physical and emotional health and their effects on people’s current and future daily life.
Public Speaking (Open to grades 10, 11 and 12): This required course stresses oral communication, rhetorical analysis, figurative language, and research skills. Students organize, develop, and deliver a variety of speeches using digital media; analyze structure, effective language, and rhetorical techniques used in famous speeches; and conduct short research projects to inform their own speeches. Speaking, listening, research, and critical thinking skills are developed.
Payment in full: Elective $800-$1,100 (or remaining balance) due on or before June 9, 2025.
Physics: (Open to those students in grades 11 and 12 who have received a “C” average in their most recent Science course. All rising sophomores must have successfully completed Trinity’s Pre-IB Algebra )

This introductory Physics course is Algebra-based, as well as lab and inquiry driven. It helps students recognize the nature and scope of physics and its relationship to the other sciences. Students study concepts involving: kinematics, Newton’s Laws, projectile motion, work, power, and energy, momentum and its conservation, and waves. Students are engaged in scientific inquiry, investigations, and labs so that they develop a conceptual understanding and scientific skills. Due to the amount of material covered, the course will be 5 weeks long and students should expect homework throughout the course.

- June 16-18
- June 23-26
- June 30- July 3
- July 7-10
- July 14 -17
In May, your student will receive confirmation of their Summer School schedule. Additionally, if the course is not already paid in full, you will receive a balance due invoice. Payment for the course is due in full on or before the first day of Summer School which is June 9, 2025.
