CIT (Counselor in Training) Youth Leadership Program Registration

The CIT Youth Leadership Program is a half day (9am-1pm) or a full day (9am-3pm)

This agreement is entered into between the undersigned parent/guardian and Laurel Day Camp. I have read the Schedule of Fees document for 2021 and I understand that my child’s tuition and fees are due upon receipt of application. I agree to notify the Camp Director in writing should I need to alter my child’s schedule and must have the approval of the Camp Director before any schedule alterations occur. I understand Laurel Day Camp reserves the right at all times to withhold services and may refuse to provide or continue service at its sole discretion, and if payments are not made. *Any additions to a camper's schedule after July 1st must be paid in full at the time of change. *A Daily Rate will apply to all added days to the core program after camp has started. *There will be a $25 Change of Schedule Fee if any changes are made after the start of camp. *We accept MC, Visa and Discover, cash and checks. All credit card payments may be made on our website. *There will be a 5% Credit Card Convenience Fee for all credit card transitions. *There are No Refunds or Credits for prepayments or deposits *There are No Refunds or Credits for cancellations, absences, unused days/weeks or withdrawals *There are No Refunds or Credits for any COVID-19 related closures or quarantines
