In our ceramic pottery series, we will be learning how to make washing cups and platters using clay. We will focus on two different techniques. One technique will utilize hand building and the other will use molds. After the pieces have been fired we will be using glazes to paint our ceramic pieces which will be available for pickup after their final firing.

Bring a towel or a yoga mat and wear your most comfortable clothes.  This is a basic stretching yoga (no previous experience necessary). Our moves will be slow and we will spend several minutes in each stretch. We will spend time sitting, laying down, and sitting on our knees.  This is a wonderful opportunity to relax, stretch, rejuvenate and get out of your head for a time. Please check with your doctor if you have any medical concerns before this class.

Join Rabbi Kellerman for a 2 part class in learning a halacha-based sugya of Gemara that teaches the tort laws of benefitting from someone else's property, when the owner loses nothing. What does the Gemara think about "No Harm, No Foul"?

Don't wear your favorite clothes to this class! We will spend time together creating one of a kind "dirty Pour" art. This is a FUN abstract art technique that requires ZERO artistic skills.   All you need is a love of color and desire to try! Your piece of art needs a few days to dry, but don't worry we know where you kids go to school and will get them home to you shortly!
