SUMMER WEEKEND PACKAGE REGISTRATION

This registration form is for summer weekend registrations only. Arrivals are on Fridays June 16-Sep 4 with the option of a 2 night stay, with a Sunday departure, or 3 night stay, with a Monday departure.

Rates:

3-night weekend pricing

Adults (18+): $336 ($112/ night)
Youth (4-17): $249 ($83/ night)
Children (0-3): Free

2-night weekend pricing

Adults (18+): $240 ($120/ night)
Youth (4-17): $180 ($90/ night)
Children (0-3): Free

Upon completing this form, you will receive a receipt from Acceptiva for your booking request and deposit. Your request will be reviewed for availability by Registration. If space is available your reservation will be entered, and you will receive a confirmation email. If space is not available, Registration will reach with alternative dates or other options. This request is not confirmed until confirmation is sent by the Holden Village Reservation System. It may take up to a week for you to receive confirmation. Thank you for your patience and grace.

Please note Holden Village's cancellation policy: We are happy to refund your deposit up to 30 days prior to your reserved arrival date. If you have any questions, need to make any changes, or need to cancel your reservation, please email registrar@holdenvillage.org.
