Minnesota Leadership Council on Aging creates communities and systems that support aging with dignity and a spirit of well-being in Minnesota. First formed in 2004 to elevate non-profit aging services, today the Leadership Council has broadened its mission and membership to include 33 statewide non-profit organizations representing an array of services. The Leadership Council itself is made up of executive delegates representing each of the member organizations. While diverse in composition, they come together around shared values to serve as a champion, thought leader, planner, and educator in advancing system change for older adults, their families, and caregivers. MNLCOA is a non-profit, 501(c)3 organization.
