Registration for NYYM Spring Sessions • Friday-Sunday, April 5-7, 2019


The 2019 NYYM Sessions will be held entirely at Oakwood Friends School,
22 Spackenkill Rd., Poughkeepsie, NY 12603

Registration and Meals
Please do not let money stand between you and attending Spring Sessions!
We need your presence to be complete.

Registration amounts are suggested, not required. This revenue helps NYYM defray some of the costs of hosting Sessions. Suggested amounts
  • Adult registering after March 20: $45
  • Adult registering through March 20: $35
  • Child registering after March 20: $25
  • Child registering through March 20: $15
  • Anyone with concerns about the amounts above: $0
Meal costs are for ages 11 & up. Ages 10 & under are free and shouldn't be included here but do make sure to include them in the Youth Registration section below.











If the meal costs are too high for you to comfortably pay, you can use one of the discount codes below. You choose whether you want 25%, 50%, 75% or 100% off the meal cost. The Equalization Fund will be used to cover the difference.

Please note, children and youth programs will be arranged only if registered by March 20. Parents may be responsible for any youth not registered by then. There will NOT be a residential component if there is a Youth Program, so please plan your youth’s overnight accommodations accordingly. Parents MUST fill out a medical form for each child, downloadable here: YOUTH MEDICAL FORM
