Your donation helps to support the Legionaries of Christ who serve in the Washington DC area.

(Note on stipends: A stipend is a free offering given to a priest as alms to support his needs, in return for which he promises to offer a Mass for the donor’s intention. The stipend is not given as a price for the Eucharistic Sacrifice. It is rather a voluntary donation whose origins go back to the early Church. The stipend is usually $10 per mass in the USA. Mass stipends are not tax-deductible.)
