Collaborative Leadership is a way of being in relation to others and cannot be taught as a specific set of techniques or skills. This workshop invites participants to experience the process of Collaborative Leadership and reflect together upon those experiences. Professionals, who are interested in working within organizations such as businesses, educational/academic settings, supervision, or clinical work from a collaborative stance, are invited to join the conversation.
The basic premises and philosophical stance of Collaborative Practices will be presented and discussed. Workshop will include the presenters’ ideas and experiences across multiple settings as a consultant and/or leader that facilitate a collaborative working space for all participants. Challenges of introducing and implementing this way or working to an organization or single client will be discussed. Format will be conversational, small group discussion, and case consultation.
- Review concepts of Collaborative Practices as applied to leadership.
