Hello Parents and Friends of Mount Michael,
Please use this form to purchase a Care Package for a student or faculty member or the annual care package subscription service available at the beginning of the year. You may also use this to order a birthday or special occasion treat bag. Annual Care Package Subscriptions are only available to purchase until Sunday, August 23rd.
Please fill out a separate form for each recipient. Care Package orders will be filled in the order received. When it is ready, an email will go to the recipient instructing him/her to stop by the Bookstore to pick up a special treat.

Care Package and Store Credit Options
The Annual Care Package Subscription option will provide a treat plus store credit to be delivered to the recipient at 5 preset times throughout the school year. Those times are 1) back to school, 2) Halloween, 3) first semester finals, 4) St. Patrick's Day, and 5) second semester finals. At each occasion except the last package, the recipient will receive a theater box size candy with a label indicating who it is from (as specified below) and $10 store credit. The 5th package will be their favorite items totaling $12. Buy it now and sit back and relax, and we will remember to make the delivery happen later! This is only available to purchase until Sunday, August 23rd!
The Birthday or Special Occasion care package can also be purchased at any time for a custom bag of your student's favorite snacks and drinks to be provided on their birthday (or half birthday or any other special occasion). Please specify the date to be delivered in the Recipient Information below. Items will be selected based on your student's purchase history or email us your suggestions to include. Please be sure to allow a few days notice, or better yet, order it now so you don't forget!
