Applying to Mary Queen of Apostles School is a simple, straightforward process, and the following will help guide you through the steps.

APPLICATION PROCESS

Preschool, PreK and Kindergarten

Request a campus visit by calling the school office at 724-335-5911
Complete the application and the parent questionnaire
Submit completed application, questionnaire and pay the $50 non-refundable family application fee.

Grade 1 through Grade 8

Contact the main office (Greenwald site) at 724-339-4411 and request a Release of Records which must be signed and returned
Request a campus visit and subsequent shadow day by calling the school office at 724-335-5911 (Grades 1-3) or 724-339-4411 (Grades 4-8)
Submit completed application, questionnaire and pay the $50 non-refundable family application fee.

CAMPUS VISIT

Campus visits can be arranged by calling the school office at 724-335-5911 (Preschool through Grade 3) or 724-339-4411 (Grade 4 through Grade 8). A visit must be scheduled prior to submitting an application.

APPLICATION

Complete the application and the parent questionnaire for students entering Preschool through grade eight.
Complete the student questionnaire for students entering grades six through eight.
$50.00 family application fee is also required, to be paid by credit or debit card.
