What is a DreamTable?
It’s a spiritually guided, congregation-wide discernment experience. A DreamTable gathering is where your people come together to notice, share, and name the stirrings and invitations forward from the Holy Spirit—those glimpses of what might be next for your ministry. It’s a sacred space to sift the collective sense of call and begin shaping next steps in faithful response to your breakthrough prayers.
How Does It Work?
Joining a DreamTables cohort involves four live online, 90-minute interactive training sessions.
Each session requires attendance by your pastor/supervisor alongside three or more leaders, gathered around the same screen via Zoom. Together, you’ll learn, reflect, and prepare to act in your own setting.
- Sessions 1–3: Equip your team with practical applications about how to deepen your congregation’s or ministry’s spiritual capacity to discern God’s guidance.
- Session 4: Gain a complete framework, with specific instructions, to host your own DreamTable gathering—a Spirit-guided event where your people can name what they’ve been sensing from God about the next faithful step(s) forward.
- Bonus: Personalized Coaching. Every church or team that participates in a DreamTables cohort receives a one-on-one coaching session to help you learn how to faithfully and strategically move forward with what was discerned during your DreamTable gathering.

A Reusable, Spirit-Led Strategy
The DreamTables approach is repeatable and adaptable—ideal for your leadership council, ministry staff, nonprofit board, or denominational department. Built on your foundation of collective breakthrough prayer already underway, the four core elements you’ll learn can be used again and again to nurture a culture of ongoing spiritual discernment and Spirit-led action.

To ensure this training is spiritually fruitful and practically effective for you, your church or ministry or team must meet the following criteria:
- Breakthrough Prayer Is Already Underway
Your church, ministry, or team has begun—and continues—a daily practice of breakthrough prayer as a spiritual foundation for discerning God’s guidance. If you do not yet have this underway, please see the DreamTables Info Sheet posted on the innovateunited.com/dreamtables web page for resources and guidance. After you have this underway for several weeks or longer, then you’ll be ready to register for a DreamTables cohort.
- A Committed Team
Your pastor/supervisor and at least three or more leaders attend all four live training sessions together, gathered around one screen, to be ready to apply what they learn across your setting.

Cost
- $450 per congregation, ministry, or team
- Payable to confirm your DreamTables cohort registration below.
- Payment may be paid in full at time of registration or divided into two payments ($225 initial payment, followed by a second/final payment 30 days later)—as you indicate your payment option/commitment choice during your registration process.
