Kabbalah Part 2: From The Zohar to Modern Mindfulness
Tuesdays, January 14 through February 11 | 9:30-11:00 am
This class, a continuation of last year's popular Kabbalah class will explore the growth of Jewish mystical thought from the Zohar (12th century) through Lurianic Kabbalah (16th century), the fluorescence of modern Hasidism and rise of contemporary Jewish movements of spiritual renewal. Through text and mystical techniques participants will explore the power of kabbalah to center one's soul, providing answers to why there is evil and suffering, and giving us the power to live a life of cosmic purpose and meaning.
Optional: Support Lifelong Learning
