Rodger was part of the first graduating class at Fargo North High School in 1966. Rodger had a larger than life personality and sarcastic wit, was the life of the party, and had a strong passion for everything golf. He took total ownership of all the roles he played - loving husband, father, grandfather, son, brother, friend. Rodger had a no quit mentality, and was the ultimate competitor, compassionate teacher, and coach.

The Rodger Whitford Memorial Scholarship is being established by family and friends of Rodger to honor his memory and celebrate his life. Your donation to this scholarship will provide support for an outstanding Fargo North student who has been active and excelled in boys or girls golf and exemplifies Rodger’s no quit mentality and compassion.
