Welcome to TLU Community Music Academy 2023 Summer String and Choral Camp Registration!

Please complete a separate registration form for each child.

CMA SUMMER CAMP REGISTRATION DEADLINE IF DISCOUNTS ARE DESIRED: JULY 1, 2023. 

Students may continue to register for Camp until July 8, but NO DISCOUNTS may be applied after July 1.

This form requires you to pay in full using a credit card or e-check. If you wish to pay by check or money order, please print and fill out this form and mail it with check or money order made out to “TLU CMA” to the address provided at www.tlucma.org. The registration process is not complete until payment is received.

Please select your camps, and any discounts, then press “Calculate.” After confirming the amount is correct, continue filling out the form.

SUMMER CAMPS AND DISCOUNTS

Discounts Available:

Sibling and Camp Combo Discounts MAY NOT be combined with Lindenbaum Outreach Class Discount. Discount deadline is July 1.

LINDENBAUM OUTREACH CLASS DISCOUNT: If student was enrolled in a Level 1 or Level 2 Violin Class, Cello Class or Beginning Choir in Spring of 2023, you may request the Lindenbaum Outreach Class Discount Code, making the cost of ONE camp $75. If attending both string and choir camp, you will use the CAMP COMBO discount.

CAMP COMBO DISCOUNT: If attending BOTH STRING AND CHOIR CAMP, the cost of each camp will be $100, a savings of $50.

SIBLING DISCOUNT: If applying for the sibling discount for one camp, one child must be registered for the camp at full price ($125), and additional siblings may then be registered for $100, with the request of the sibling discount code.

CAMP COMBO SIBLING DISCOUNT: If siblings attend BOTH STRING AND CHORAL CAMPS, first child pays full camp combo price of $200, and additional siblings will pay $150 for camp combo, with request for camp combo discount code.
