Since 1980, Minnesota Network of Hospice & Palliative Care (MNHPC) has provided Minnesotans and local hospice organizations with information, education, advocacy and assistance around compassionate end-of-life care. As a statewide membership organization of hospice and palliative care programs, MNHPC works to fulfill our mission of striving to ensure that everyone has the help they need to live and die according to their wishes. 

MEMBERSHIP DUES

Your 2021 dues are based on the number of patients your program served in 2019. The cost of membership is $8.50 per patient served, plus a base membership rate of $250. The current cap for dues payments is $8,000 for organizations that served fewer than 2,000 patients and $9,000 for those that served more than 2,000 patients. If your dues amount exceeds $9,000 based on your calculations for LINE 3 below, your 2021 membership dues total will be $9,000.
