Description

Teens will create mixed media art pieces, using recycled items, inspired by work in the Environmental Impact II exhibition.

Muse teens will learn about endangered species and our impact on them. Then they will practice drawing them in some unexpected environments!

This 5-day intensive camp is good for all experience levels. Teens will begin practicing the basics of figure drawing and advance to practicing more challenging skills like foreshortening.

Note: Models will be clothed.

Volunteers will be present in the gallery, stationed at a small desk. You will make sure visitors do not touch the art. When the gallery is empty you would be able to work on homework or other tasks.

Volunteers will help keep Youth Art Month refreshment table filled and tidy, pick up garbage in cafe and galleries and clean-up after the opening.
