Investing in people – especially young people – is exhilarating! The potential is huge. In Uganda, those students who earn a University degree are in the top 2% of the nation. Getting there can be hard and for many is impossible. Finding employment is also incredibly difficult and competitive. This is why AHI is focusing on vocational education. We are equipping young men and women with hospitality industry skills they can use wherever they go to find stable, good paying jobs. This is the key to changing the cycle of poverty and despair and enabling change!
