TUITION AGREEMENT 2017-2018
Once you have submitted your Application for the 2017-2018 Academic School Year and received your Acceptance Letter you may submit your non-refundable security deposit below along with your payment plan choice. This plan is required by May 1st to secure enrollment. Please note that the deposit goes towards your first installment of core tuition only. It does not account for any added extras at this time. After we have received your deposit and this signed form, we will send you confirmation with a statement of account.
