To be awake is to be fully embodied. To be fully embodied means to know where you are and what you are doing, in every respect, mindfully established in physical sensations, immediate feelings, and the totality of your experience. You are invited to pause for a half day retreat, to reflect, to sit quietly, and to move mindfully. QiGong is mindful movement designed to calm the emotions, wake up the body and deepen our embodied practice.
