Thank you for your interest in visiting Holden Village between January and May, 2025. Please complete the following to pay the registration deposit

After completing this, you will receive a receipt from Acceptiva for your deposit. Your reservation request will be reviewed for availability by Registration, a reservation entered if space is available, and a confirmation email sent back to you. If space is not available, Registration will reach out to inform you about other options. 

This request is not confirmed until confirmation is sent by the Holden Village Reservation System.  It may take up to a week for you to receive confirmation.

If you have any questions, need to make any changes, or need to cancel your reservation, please email registrar@holdenvillage.org. If your reservation is cancelled less than seven days before your scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be nonrefundable. Any additional payments, exceeding your required deposit, will be refunded, unless specifically requested to be kept as a donation. Cancellations that take place before the seven day deadline will be charged a $25 per person cancellation fee, and then be issued a refund of any remaining funds.
