WINTER/SPRING REGISTRATION

PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING DATES ARE NOT AVAILABLE FOR REGISTRATION:

January 4, February 1, March 12, March 25-27, April 1-3, April 4, April 13-22,  April 29-May 11, May 14, and May 17-19, 2024. Dates are subject to change.


After you complete this form, you will receive a receipt from Acceptiva for your request and deposit. Your request will be reviewed for availability by Registration, a reservation entered if space is available, and a confirmation email sent back to you. If space is not available, Registration will reach out to inform you about other options. Thank you for being part of the Holden community! We look forward to welcoming you into the wilderness.

This request is not confirmed until confirmation is sent by the Holden Village Reservation System.  It may take up to a week for you to receive confirmation. Thank you for your patience and grace.

Also please note Holden cancellation policy: In the event of a cancellation, Holden Village will retain $25 per person in said party as an administrative fee. The remainder of the deposit will be refunded. If you have any questions, need to make any changes, or need to cancel your reservation, please email registrar@holdenvillage.org.

TRANSPORTATION INFORMATION

Please note that Holden Village transport will only run Monday, Wednesday, and Friday this Winter (Sunday and Saturday transport added in May). Please plan on arriving and departing according to those transport days.
