Everything changes. Nothing satisfies. No fixed self to hold onto. These are the three characteristics of existence according to the Buddha.
As we accept the Buddha’s invitation to see life as it truly is, we stop resisting the changing, shifting nature of things. In this process, something profound opens: a path to freedom, rooted not in control, but in wise presence. We soften our clinging, deepen our equanimity, and begin to relate to our experience with greater wisdom and compassion.
The day will include periods of sitting and walking meditation, interwoven with dharma talks, simple instructions, and space for reflection. We’ll turn toward these universal truths—not as ideas, but as lived experience. Whether you are new to these teachings or looking to explore them more deeply in your practice, this retreat offers a supportive container for grounding, insight, and inner freedom.
