► HELD IN PERSON at PIMC ◀︎
From the moment of birth, we begin to age -- and the reality of aging is a core theme in the Buddha's teachings.
Looking back at my almost eight decades, I have witnessed many shifts in our collective view on aging and experienced aging firsthand. I'd like to share some of my reflections with our Sangha to help all of us learn to better embrace impermanence as opportunity.
Join us for a six-week journey into transformation, transcendence and awakening. The sessions will incorporate meditation, reflection, and short Qigong breaks as we explore the inner work and tremendous insights that come with growing older.
