World Refugee Day Summit and Quarterly Consultation

Time:             8:00am to 2:00 pm

Location:        Catholic Center, Assembly Hall 1400 North Meridian Street

Details:          This year, the Refugee Summit will be taking place IN PERSON! This event is specifically for those who work in Refugee Resettlement and other stakeholders.

Schedule:

• 8:00 am-8:30 am: Check in/ registration. Hot breakfast will be served.
• 8:30am -9:20am:Keynote address (TBA) and program highlights from Jessica Inabnitt, Catholic Charities Director of Refugee Resettlement and Cole Varga, CEO of Exodus Refugee
• 9:30am-10:15am: First Breakout Session
• 10:30am -11:15am: Second Breakout Session
• 11:15 am-2:00 pm: Lunch and Celebration

 For the breakout sessions, attendees will choose 2 of the following to attend:

• Oh Snap! FSSA training
• Refugee Health (more info TBA)
• Mental Health and the Refugee Experience
• Car Seat Safety Refresher
• Employment and Refugees
• Refugee housing (more info TBA)
