Mothers Club Presents:
The Blazer Boutique
Thursday November 4, 2021
Sister Michelle Germanson Athletic Facility
5:30 pm to 9:00 pm

Trinity High School's Mothers Club is looking for vendors, artists, designers, and the like to sell their goods at Trinity's Blazer Boutique. The date is set for Thursday, November 4 from 5:30-9:00pm in the Sister Michelle Germanson Athletic Facility on Trinity's campus. This is a prime date to kick off your holiday sales!

Preference will be given to vendors and artists selling handmade quality goods. All vendors must have an actual product for shoppers to purchase and take away that evening. Trinity does reserve the right to limit the number of vendors per category and to refuse any items deemed unsuitable by committee.

As a vendor, you can expect over 200 shoppers! As in the past, Trinity will be advertising this event on all Trinity FB pages (alumnae, class, and special interest groups) as well as throughout the Trinity community. With your permission we would like to feature vendors on all outreach efforts.

Booth Fees:

  • Deadline for registration vendor registration is October 1, 2021
  • Standard Booth includes 6'x3' table, (rectangular shape) plus two chairs. An additional table is available, however, will cost an additional $20.
  • The cost is $75 per space to participate. You may request a max of two spaces.
  • All items must be displayed within your space. Merchandise cannot be blocking the aisle.
  • Electrical outlets: Electrical outlets are limited. The venue is very well lit, but if you need an outlet, please request one on the application, and we will do our best to accommodate in order of contract received. Please bring your own UL approved extension cord. If you do not request a booth near an outlet, we will assume that you do not need one.
  • Booth with wall space: We will also have some booths available with wall space, and some without. If your display requires a wall, please let us know on the application. Again, we will accommodate in order of contracts received. If you do not request wall space, we will assume that you do not need it.
  • While meeting everyone's request is often impossible, we will always do our best to accommodate each person's request.
  • Set up begins after 3:00pm. Each vendor is responsible for monitoring their own display area. Vendors will need a cash box and/or payment device.  Trinity will provide guest access to Wi-Fi.
  • Please make certain that all merchandise is priced clearly.
  • Trinity High School will not be responsible or liable for loss, theft of, or damage to exhibitor's items, or for personal injury or the loss of money during the Blazer Boutique.

  • No lit candles are allowed at the event.
  • Each vendor is asked to share information about Trinity's Blazer Boutique Event on their own website site or other social media. Please let us know if you would be willing to distribute postcards on the Blazer Boutique, and we can make them available to you.
  • You will release Trinity High School, its agents, officers, and directors of any and all liability and claims that may arise from any injuries, damages, or losses suffered or incurred by you or to your property in connection with this event. You shall defend, indemnify and hold harmless the Organizers from and against all actions for personal injury, property damage or death arising or resulting from or in connection with the operation of your concession, including claims by your employees. Further, you agree that this release is binding on your heirs, executors and assigns. Failure to comply with the above rules is considered a breach of contract agreement and shall result in the termination of this Contract.
  • All Vendors will be asked to donate a piece of merchandise for the raffle.
