This camp is open to any boy entering 3rd through 8th grade in the fall 2024. The purpose of this camp is to develop basketball fundamentals. Individual and group instruction will be given in these areas: Shooting – Passing – Dribbling – Rebounding - One-on-one Moves – Footwork. Awards will be given for Free Throw Champ, Hustle Awards, One-on-one Champ, and Outstanding Defensive Player. Gross Catholic basketball coaches, local college players, and special speakers from area schools will conduct the camp.

This camp is for boys entering 3rd through 8th grade in the fall of 2024. This football camp will cover all aspects of the game including fundamentals by offensive and defensive positions. Fundamentals taught will include the mechanics of throwing and catching a football, footwork technique used in line play and much, much more. Participants will also be instructed in proper stretching techniques and correct running form as well as being tested in a 40 yd. dash, vertical jump and agility run. Gross Catholic Coaches and football players will conduct this camp.

This camp is open to any boy entering 4th through 9th grade in the fall 2024. This 2-hour 3-day baseball clinic will cover all aspects of the game including catching, hitting, pitching, and defense. Participants should bring their own glove and bat. Drinks will be provided during the camp. Gross Catholic baseball coaches and local college players as well as Gross Catholic players will conduct this camp. This camp is for girls and boys entering 6th to 9th grade in the fall. The camp will be 4 days from 9 am to 3 pm and will include a number of topics from engineering and computer technology. In this camp students will explore ideas in structures, computers, electronics and programming, including game design and robotics. Campers will explore careers in related fields. Campers will receive microcontroller projects to continue their explorations at home. Enrollment is limited to 18 campers. Students should bring their lunch each day.

This camp is for boys and girls entering 1st through 9th grade in the fall of 2024. This clinic will cover the basic skills that players need to be successful. The topics of passing, dribbling, receiving, and shooting will be covered in a dynamic format that is proven to help each player progress. Participants should wear shorts, a T-shirt, proper footwear and shin guards and they should bring their own water jug. We will have size 5 balls, but campers should bring their own smaller ball, if needed. The camp coaching staff consists of Coach Rick Yanovich, Coach Kim Matzen, as well as current and former Gross Catholic Soccer Players.

Track and Field is not just about running and turning left! While that is extremely important, at the Cougar T&F Camp we will explore the many fundamentals of the world’s oldest and most pure sport. Athletes will learn more about the individual Track & Field events including running distances, jumping, and throwing. Camp activities include developing techniques for warming up and stretching, participating in challenging workouts, technical work in jumps, throws, and block starts, and competing in a camp-wide mini-meet that includes multiple events and relays. Awards will be provided at the end of the two-day camp. Snacks and Water/Gatorade to be provided each day.
Gross Catholic T&F coaches and high school level athletes will conduct the camp.

This 10-session camp will teach athletes how to properly and safely lift weights as well as work on speed, agility, and change of direction. This is a great way to prepare for your Junior Cougar Season. Camp will be held Tuesdays and Thursdays from 11:00 am to 12:00 pm in the Health and Conditioning Center. (No camp on July 4th). This camp is capped at 50 participants so don’t wait to sign up!

Clarinet, Bassoon, Saxophone, Trumpet, Trombone, French Horn, Flute, Baritone, Euphonium, Tuba & Percussion. This is a great opportunity to get ready for another year in the band and work with Mr. Romero and current band students. We will work on fundamentals as well as ensemble playing.
