All of us at Caring For Creatures and the HOWS Project welcome you to the 1st annual Strut Your Mutt Halloween Pageant! Please register on this form to participate in the Costume Contest & Trick or Treat Trail. You will have the option to enter your dog in the Costume Contest and Trick-Or-Treat Trail; or, you can register for just the Trick-or-Treat Trail.

To participate in the doggie Costume Contest and Trick-Or-Treat Trail: Early Registration: $20 Event Day: $25 (Includes: one event t-shirt, reusable trick-or-treat goodie bag and one 50/50 Raffle Ticket) Early Registration ends on Wednesday, October 27, 2021.

To participate in Trick-Or-Treat Trail only: $10 (includes reusable trick-or-treat goodie bag)

Thank you for choosing to help homeless and at-risk animals by participating in our Strut Your Mutt Halloween Pageant. We want everyone to be safe throughout the event so we ask that you read the event Rules & Regulations provided below and indicate your understanding and compliance of same.

Event Rules & Guidelines

 

  • Only dogs can participate – please do not bring other animals.
  • Dogs must be 6 months or older.
  • Costumes must be safe & comfortable for your companion.
  • Dog must be familiar with walking in costume.
  • Dogs must be on a leash no longer than 6’ – please no retractable leashes.
  • Your dog must be under your control at all times.
  • Owners/handlers are responsible for actions of their dog.
  • Dogs must be in good health and current on rabies vaccine.
  • Do not bring a dog that is in heat.
  • Dogs must be well adjusted to crowds & noisy environments.
  • Be prepared to clean up after your pup – this is a must.
  • Event officials reserve the right to refuse entry or excuse aggressive dogs from the event area.
