IMPORTANT TOURNAMENT INFORMATION

Format of Play: Teams will choose their 4 players with the limitation that players A & B's handicaps must total AT LEAST 18. Teams in or near the lead after Friday’s round may be paired as 8-somes on Saturday.

Four-Man Team Prize Fund & Skins Each Day (Cash)"A" Player Must Collect"

OPTIONAL - NOT MANDATORY However, everyone likes to participate in order to play for something on every hole both days! Each member of a four-man team pays $50.00 cash per day to be broken out into Day Money and Daily Skins. All money will be collected Friday morning prior to playing.

"A" PLAYER MUST COLLECT MONEY
Hospice of Yuma is a not for profit organization 501c(3) and therefore, is NOT allowed to manage or fund any gaming activities. Volunteers of the Golf Committee will oversee the Pari-Mutuels and the Four-Man Team Prize Fund & Skins money. All money collected must be cash. No checks made out to Hospice of Yuma will be accepted for the activities.

Entry Fee Includes: 2 18-hole rounds of golf, with cart, Friday dinner &
keg, Saturday lunch on course refreshments both days and player gift
bag.
