Join us for a morning of fitness at the JCC, with the opportunity to try Jazzercise, Tai Chi and/or Jazzercise. Participants can sample one, two or all three different types of exercise. You can also choose to do each type of workout once, twice or all three times. There is no charge to attend.
Those signing up for Yoga may bring your own mat.
All participants of the Fitness Sampler must sign a release form before participating. Click here to access the form. Please print, complete, and return your release to Robby Erlich at Beth El at email@example.com, fax to 402.492.8520 or drop it off at the office. Forms will also be available on the day of the program.
Participants should use the main entrance when arriving to the JCC for the Fitness Sampler program.
