Government Contracts - Local, State & Federal

Description: Janet Berry, owner of Fed Gov Solutions, Inc. will conduct a series of hands-on workshops on Government Contracting for small businesses. Janet, a government contractor, has helped small businesses secure more than $600 million in government contracts since 2009, and over the next several months she will provide small businesses with a roadmap to successfully register to view contracts, navigate the various federal agencies, and conduct market research. She will provide businesses with templates to aid in cost and estimating and bid submissions. Additionally, for those businesses that want to get on a GSA schedule, over the course of two sessions, she will walk through the process and show participants how to navigate the various systems once on a GSA schedule.

Materials needed: As these courses will be hands-on, participants should bring their tablets or laptops. Templates will be provided throughout each session as needed.

Note: Prior to the start of each session, participants will be required to sign a Nondisclosure Agreement (NDA).
