First formed in 2004 to elevate non-profit aging services, today the Leadership Council has broadened its mission and membership to include statewide non-profit organizations and leaders who representing an array of services and areas of expertise. The Leadership Council itself is made up of Delegates representing each member organization. While diverse in composition, we come together around shared values to serve as a champion, thought leader, planner, and educator in advancing system change for older adults, their families, and caregivers. MNLCOA is a non-profit, 501(c)3 organization.
