Sponsor/Vendor Registration Details

Registration to be a sponsor and/or vendor for the Women’s Gathering is due by November 1st, 2025. Vendor tables may be reserved for $75 or you may choose to become an event sponsor for $500 which includes a vendor table.  All fees are non-refundable. Vendor space is limited.

Vendors must provide their own equipment if anything other than an 8-foot table is needed. If electricity is required for your space, please let us know in advance. If the values of the vendor’s organization or business do not align with those of the conference, we reserve the right to refund your registration. 

 

Set up Time: 

Vendors can begin setting up at 7:30 a.m. on Saturday, November 15.   

Tear down is from 2:30 p.m. – 4:30 p.m. the day of the event.  Vendors are responsible for leaving the area in the same condition as they found it.
